CUSTOMER POLICY

This policy outlines the rights, commitments, and responsibilities for buyers ("Customers") using the Sparecel Platform to purchase automotive spare parts.

1. WHO IS A CUSTOMER?

A Customer on Sparecel is any registered mechanic, workshop owner, or automotive service professional who purchases parts through the Platform. Sparecel is a B2B platform currently serving business users only.

2. ACCOUNT & REGISTRATION
  • Registration requires a valid mobile number, business name, and location.
  • Providing accurate and truthful information during registration is mandatory.
  • Each business is permitted one active buyer account on the Platform.
3. PLACING ORDERS
  • Parts can be searched by vehicle registration number, part name, or category.
  • Order confirmation is sent via SMS and in-app notification after successful placement.
  • A GST-compliant invoice is issued for every completed order.
  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch without charge, subject to seller confirmation status.
4. PRICING & FEES

All prices are inclusive of GST. Any applicable delivery charges or convenience fees are shown at checkout before payment. There are no hidden charges. The amount confirmed at checkout is the final payable amount.

5. DELIVERY
  • Estimated delivery timelines are displayed at checkout and updated upon dispatch.
  • Delivery is fulfilled through Sparecel's logistics network.
  • Any delivery discrepancy or damage must be reported to us promptly upon receipt.
6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide accurate vehicle and delivery information when placing orders.
  • Inspect parts upon delivery and report any issues promptly.
  • Do not install a part suspected to be incorrect before raising a return request.
  • Maintain honesty in all feedback, reviews, and return requests.
  • Do not attempt to conduct transactions outside the Platform.
7. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
  • Purchasing parts on Sparecel for resale without a registered seller account.
  • Filing false return or damage claims.
  • Creating multiple accounts to misuse promotions or offers.
8. SUPPORT

Customers can reach Sparecel support for order-related queries, complaints, or assistance at any time through the in-app support feature or by email.
