RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Note: Sparecel is a B2B marketplace. Returns and refunds apply to business transactions between registered users. All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Sparecel Private Limited is committed to a fair and transparent return and refund process. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns are accepted and refunds are processed.

1. ELIGIBLE RETURN SCENARIOS
  • Wrong part delivered — part does not match what was ordered.
  • Part damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • Counterfeit or materially misrepresented part.
  • Incomplete order — fewer units received than invoiced.
  • Non-delivery of the order within a reasonable timeframe.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
  • Parts that have been installed, used, or altered after delivery.
  • Parts ordered due to an error by the buyer (incorrect vehicle details or part number entered).
  • Electronic components (sensors, ECUs, relays) once opened or fitted.
  • Items returned after the applicable return window without prior approval.
  • Products marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product listing.
3. RETURN WINDOW

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery for most categories. For quality or defect-related issues, requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Damage on delivery must be reported within 24 hours with supporting photographs.

4. RETURN PROCESS
  • Raise a return request via the Sparecel app under "My Orders" or contact us at info@sparecel.com with your Order ID and reason.
  • Attach clear photographs or video of the item as received (required for damage or defect claims).
  • Sparecel will review and respond to the request within a reasonable timeframe.
  • If approved, reverse pickup will be arranged. Parts must be returned unused in original packaging.
  • Refund or replacement is processed after receipt and verification of the returned item.
5. REFUND POLICY
Full Refund

A complete refund is issued when:

  • Wrong part is confirmed delivered.
  • Order is cancelled before dispatch.
  • Seller is unable to fulfill the order.
  • Non-delivery confirmed by the logistics partner.
Partial Refund

For partially returned orders, the refund is calculated based on the value of the returned item(s) only. Delivery charges and convenience fees may be non-refundable on partial returns.

Deductions

A nominal payment gateway processing fee may be deducted from the refund amount in applicable cases. No deduction is made for orders cancelled or rejected by the seller.

Refunds are credited to the original payment source. Sparecel is not responsible for delays caused by the bank or payment gateway after initiation.

7. REPLACEMENT

Where stock is available, Sparecel may offer a replacement in lieu of a refund. The buyer may choose between a replacement or a full refund.
