RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Sparecel Private Limited is committed to a fair and transparent return and refund process. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns are accepted and refunds are processed.

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery for most categories. For quality or defect-related issues, requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Damage on delivery must be reported within 24 hours with supporting photographs.

Full Refund
A complete refund is issued when:
Partial Refund
For partially returned orders, the refund is calculated based on the value of the returned item(s) only. Delivery charges and convenience fees may be non-refundable on partial returns.
Deductions
A nominal payment gateway processing fee may be deducted from the refund amount in applicable cases. No deduction is made for orders cancelled or rejected by the seller.

Refunds are credited to the original payment source. Sparecel is not responsible for delays caused by the bank or payment gateway after initiation.
7. REPLACEMENT
Where stock is available, Sparecel may offer a replacement in lieu of a refund. The buyer may choose between a replacement or a full refund.
