Personal Information: Name, mobile number, email address, and business address provided during registration.
Business Information: Business name, GSTIN, PAN, and trade license details for verification purposes.
Transaction Data: Orders placed, payment records, invoices, and related documents.
Financial Information: Bank account details (for payouts) and UPI ID, collected solely for payment processing and settlement.
Device & Usage Data: Device type, operating system, app version, IP address, and usage patterns collected automatically.
Location Data: Approximate location, with your permission, for delivery and service purposes.
Vehicle Data: Vehicle registration information provided by you, sourced from government databases (Vaahan) for parts identification.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

To create and manage your account on the Platform.
To process orders, payments, and deliveries.
To generate GST-compliant invoices and settlement statements.
To comply with applicable tax laws including TDS and TCS obligations.
To send order updates, payment confirmations, and service-related notifications.
To detect and prevent fraud, misuse, or violations of our policies.
To improve the Platform and user experience.
To comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

3. SHARING OF INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in the following circumstances:

Between Buyers & Sellers: Order and contact details shared as necessary to fulfill transactions.
Payment Partners: Data shared with authorized, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways for transaction processing.
Logistics Partners: Delivery address and order details shared for shipment.
Government Authorities: As required by law, including tax authorities under GST and Income Tax regulations.
Service Providers: Technology vendors (hosting, analytics, communications) who operate under confidentiality obligations.
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, with prior user notification.

4. DATA RETENTION

We retain account and transaction data for a minimum of 8 years as required under GST and Income Tax laws. KYC documents are retained for a minimum of 5 years post account closure. You may request deletion of non-statutory personal data by contacting us.

5. DATA SECURITY

We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit, encrypted storage for sensitive financial data, and access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we encourage you to protect your account credentials.

Access and review the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
Request deletion of your data, subject to statutory retention requirements.
Opt out of promotional communications at any time.
Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based, without affecting prior processing.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Platform is intended for use by businesses and individuals aged 18 years and above. We do not knowingly collect data from persons under 18. If you believe a minor has registered, please contact us immediately.

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
